I was on the fence about hiring him as we had already met with 3 other more established realtors but it was the BEST decision we could have made.
Carlo was there every single step of the way, he helped us understand the process and actually let us be a part of it (website ect) way more than other agents we have worked with in the past.
He gave great advice, is fantastic at communication, he honestly kept us in the loop, and he also knew the best people to assist us. Romney the stylist was wonderful and has a great eye for details. Carlo went above and beyond, he actually offered to help us move furniture and clean. He said to me once that he felt like part of the furniture at our house. My kids missed him when they didn’t see him for a while.
